I always order your fruit stollen in November, usually about 5, and then my son sends me one for Christmas. They last into February since I'm the only one eating them. They freeze really well and I cut one piece at a time and keep each one frozen in 2 jumbo Ziplocs. I just received 2 fruit stollen loaves my son found online in Chicago for my birthday/Mother's Day gift. I appreciate his thoughtfulness but they are more like a dry coffee cake. Of course I'll eat them, but Achenbachs is definitely number ONE in the fruit stollen bakers. Please don't ever change your recipe, it's the best. Chris from Blairsville, GA
